Eligibility

To be eligible, you must be a parent or guardian. Child riders must meet age and weight guidelines:

• Age: 1 to 13 years old
• Weight: 5kg–33kg

Identification

You will be required to provide the following for verification:

• Driver’s licence or passport
• Medicare card
• Proof of address

Payment

A weekly rental fee of $49 applies after a 2-day free trial period. A $250 security deposit is also required, refundable if the bike is returned in good condition.

Trial Period

We offer a 2-day free trial. The deposit is still required. If you cancel before the trial ends, no rental fee will be charged, and the deposit will be refunded.

Usage

The bike is intended for personal and family commuting only. Commercial delivery use is not permitted.

Care and Safety

You must use a helmet, child seat, and safety straps properly. Our staff will demonstrate proper setup and check the fit before handover.

Repairs and Support

Zoomo covers normal wear and tear. This includes flat tires, brakes, and chain tension. Any damage caused by misuse is your responsibility.
Issues must be reported through the MyZoomo App, and our team will assist you.

Returns

A 7-day notice is required for returns, and the bike must be in good condition. Late returns are charged at the weekly rental rate.

Buyout Option

A buyout option is available at any time for a fixed price of $3,500.

• 50% of total rental fees already paid will be deducted from the price.
• Buyout includes a 2-year warranty.

Bike Collection Service

A dedicated driver can pick up or return bikes if issues occur.

• $80 fee if within a 5 km radius of the CBD
• $100–$120 outside of that radius
  This fee applies separately for pick-up and drop-off.
